Earn points every time you order, and turn them into money off your food.
Joining
FatBoy's Rewards is run by FatBoy's Wings & Tings. You join by ticking the Rewards box when you order on fatboyswings.com. It's free. You have to be at least 18 and live in the U.S.
Your account is tied to your phone number, so it's one account per phone number. We use the email you joined with to send the codes that let you use your points. You can tell us your birthday (month and day only) to get a birthday bonus.
Texts and emails
Joining Rewards means you agree to get recurring marketing texts and emails from FatBoy's Wings & Tings at the phone number and email you gave us: things like new drop dates, menu news and deals. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Stopping texts or emails doesn't remove you from Rewards or take away your points.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You'll still get messages about orders you place, like your pickup spot and order updates.
Earning points
- You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food, after any Rewards discount. The delivery fee, tax and tips don't earn points. Partial dollars are rounded down.
- Points show up once your order has been picked up or delivered. Cancelled orders don't earn points.
- Orders have to use the phone number on your Rewards account to earn points.
- You get a bonus when you first join. It's a one-time bonus per person.
- If your birthday is on file, you get a birthday bonus once a year, early in your birthday month.
- Orders placed before you joined don't earn points.
Using points
- Every 250 points is $20 off your food.
- To use points, tap "Already a member? Use your points" at checkout. We email you a 6-digit code to make sure it's really you.
- You can use more than one reward on an order, but not more than the food total. The discount doesn't apply to the delivery fee.
- If an order you used points on is cancelled, the points go back to your account.
The fine print
- Points and rewards have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred, combined between accounts or exchanged for cash.
- Points don't expire right now. If that changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice first.
- We can remove points earned by mistake, through fraud or by misusing the program, and we can close accounts used that way.
- We may change these terms, the point values or the rewards, or end the program. We'll post the change here, and for big changes we'll email members at least 30 days ahead. If the program ends, you'll have at least 30 days to use your points.
- Void where prohibited.
Leaving
To leave Rewards, contact us and we'll close your account. Unused points are lost when an account is closed. To just stop messages, reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
