How booking works

  1. Tell us about it

    Send the date, headcount and the kind of event. We'll reply with questions and ideas.

  2. Shape the menu

    We'll put together a menu and a written quote that fit your crowd and budget.

  3. Lock the date

    A deposit holds your date. The balance is due before the event.

  4. We bring the food

    On the day, we cook, deliver and serve, depending on your package.

Questions people ask

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can. Two weeks' notice is comfortable for most events. Weddings and anything over 100 guests should reach out a month or more ahead. Last-minute? Ask anyway.

Is it just jerk pasta?

No. Catering menus can pull from the full FatBoy's kitchen, including wings, jerk chicken and other Caribbean favorites. Tell us what you're craving and we'll build around it.

Can you work with dietary needs?

Let us know about allergies and restrictions in your inquiry, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do safely.

How much is the deposit?

Your quote spells out the deposit and when the balance is due. The deposit is what holds your date.

Where do you deliver?

All over Miami-Dade. For events farther out, send the location and we'll quote the travel.
