This policy covers fatboyswings.com, run by FatBoy's Wings & Tings in North Miami Beach, Florida ("we", "us").
What we collect
When you order: your first and last name, phone number, email, delivery address (for delivery), what you ordered, and any notes you add.
If you join FatBoy's Rewards: your points history, your birthday month and day if you give it to us, and a record of your permission to receive marketing. That record includes when you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and a scrambled (one-way encoded) version of your internet address, which we keep as proof.
On your device: the menu page saves your cart in your own browser so it's still there if you leave and come back. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To make, label and hand off or deliver your order, and to contact you about it (for example, emailing and texting you the exact pickup spot).
- To run Rewards: adding points, sending your sign-in codes and birthday bonus.
- To send you marketing texts and emails, only if you joined Rewards and haven't opted out.
- To understand what customers order so we can plan drops and menus.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep the business records we're required to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
- our website host, which stores the site and its database;
- our email provider, which delivers order and Rewards emails;
- our text-messaging provider, when we send texts through one;
- delivery drivers working with us, who get your name, phone and address for your delivery;
- our payment processor, once we take card payments online.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers, staff or business.
Texts and emails
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep order and customer information for as long as we need it to run the business and Rewards, and to keep tax and business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll delete what we don't need to keep. We keep records of marketing permission and opt-outs, because they prove we only message people who agreed.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- See, fix or delete your information: email us (below). We'll check it's really you, usually by replying from the email we have on file.
Other things to know
- Children: this site isn't meant for children under 13, and Rewards is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect children's information.
- Security: we use secure (HTTPS) connections and limit who on our team can see customer information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you think something's wrong.
- Changes: if we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll let Rewards members know by email.
