Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in using Clover or similar point-of-sale systems.
Experience in processing phone orders, online orders, and delivery orders.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Accurately process customer orders, including phone orders, online orders, and delivery orders.
Utilize the Clover POS system to efficiently process transactions, handle cash, credit card, and digital payments, and maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Prepare and serve drinks to customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist with the restocking of merchandise and maintaining proper inventory levels.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
Adhere to all cash handling and security procedures to minimize the risk of errors and theft.

Pay Rate: $12 - $15
