About Us

FatBoy's Wings & Tings has humble beginnings. Starting out of Founder Sean Burke’s home in 2012, family, flavor, and connection have always been at the heart of every dish.

From the start, FatBoy's Wings & Tings has been a cook-to-order restaurant, packing love and taste into every dish, and specializing in Caribbean flavors. Our renowned succulent wings and infamous variety of original, exclusive flavors allowed us to open a storefront in 2018, where we continue to bring more spice, more zest, and more zeal to the community of North Miami Beach.

As a family-owned business, it’s always been about the unbeatable homemade touch you’d expect from your Grandma’s cooking. That homemade magic and our Native Jamaican roots shine through in our menu, where it’s all about merging comforting deliciousness with traditional Jamaican staples.
Think jerk pasta served with pan-seared shrimp or jerk chicken breast, marinated in our handcrafted blend of spices and herbs; or succulent oxtails and chicken dishes saturated in a richly flavorful Jamaican curry or brown stew sauce. You can probably tell we could talk about our food all day.

But the love doesn't stop at the food. Our community is our everything and we show it by sponsoring community park and recreational events like outdoor movies on the lawn, getting kids free haircuts, donating 300+ turkeys for thanksgiving, and running a yearly back-to-school supplies giveaway.

To have come this far from starting out of a humble home kitchen is an honor, but the greatest honor of all (and our favorite thing about what we do) is bringing Caribbean flavors and that home-style cooking to North Miami Beach.
