Previous culinary training preferred
Experience with various cuisines preferred
Resilience in managing challenging situations
Proficient knife skills preferred
Multitasking ability and the capacity to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
Knowledge of kitchen terms and effective communication using culinary terminology.
Experience using commercial kitchen equipment
Ability to maintain food temps and follow safety protocols in fast-paced environments.

Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy, providing exceptional service and support to kitchen staff.
Prepare menu items according to specified recipes and standards, utilizing various cooking methods such as grilling, frying, sautéing, etc.
Cook menu items to order in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously.
Handle physical demands of the role, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60lbs, ensuring no hindrance throughout the shift.
Uphold cleanliness standards of the workstation at all times, strictly adhering to health and food safety regulations to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.
Display flexibility and adaptability in high-volume situations.
Restock inventory and maintain stock levels.
Clean the kitchen and cooking utensils thoroughly and store equipment appropriately at the end of each shift.

Pay Rate: $16 - 22
